Measure linear shrinkage from two lengths, or plan a starting length from a desired finish and a percentage. Name the stage. The result is not a kiln program, a food-safety test, or a prediction for clay you have not measured.
A finished-piece cost worksheet is on the backlog. It will stay arithmetic, using the reader’s own material, firing, loss, labor, and packaging figures. It is not on this site yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
